Photographing another photographer is always such a special treat, and getting to photograph Jessica and her growing family was no exception.

Jessica is usually the one behind the camera, creating beautiful memories for other families, so I loved having her step in front of the lens and soak up this sweet season with the people she loves most.

We met at a bright studio space in the Arts District, and it was the perfect setting for their maternity session. The soft light, simple backdrop, and relaxed atmosphere made everything feel easy and natural.

We kept the session playful and low-key, with lots of cuddles, laughs, and little in-between moments. There was no pressure to pose perfectly or stay still. The goal was simply to let the Hayman family be themselves and enjoy this exciting time together.

Jessica looked absolutely beautiful, and it was so sweet to see how loved her baby girl already is. The whole session felt joyful, warm, and full of anticipation.

That is one of my favorite things about maternity sessions. They are not only about documenting a growing belly. They are about remembering what your family felt like right before everything changed in the very best way.
